Valentine's Week
You
know that February has long been celebrated as a month of romance, and you may
also know that St. Valentine’s Day comes from a Christian and Roman tradition. It’s
time for love so let’s get romantic. Say what is your favourite romantic
story, film or song and why. Let’s share feelings and emotions even though you
are not used to it. Take that step forward in the name of Love.
For me this day there is little point in truth , why? because love is not only passed one day I think, but all. Not because it's Valentine's day have to give things away, it has to come from the heart. For me this year I have had to live alone, but better alone than in bad company.
ReplyDeleteI have a lot of favourite songs and films about love, because that is, obviously, one of the most universal topics and that arrive to all the people.
ReplyDeleteSome of my favourite songs are: "Next To You" by Chris Brown feat Justin Bieber, "Yoü and I" by Lady Gaga, "Countdown" by Beyoncé, "Diamonds" by Rihanna and "Try" by P!nk. I can't decide only one song!
Regarding the films, some of my favourites are "Twilight", "The Proposition", "Nothig Hill", "PD: I Love You", "Water for Elephants", "3MSC" and "Titanic".
Love is the world language, because can be understand by all of us. We have to live loving all, ignoring the colors of skin or the place of origin.

I think that Valentine's day is only a publicist project which is created by the most important companies. I believe that "el día de los enamorados" isn't only a day, it must be every day. Finaly, I wish you nice days "de los enamorados"!

I have many songs preferred of love because nowadays, there is million this themes, but a typical song than whenever I listen him puts me the for the endways, is the one of the soundtrack of the film Titanic, Celine's song Dion: "My heart will go on". Also, the film of Titanic, loves me and will have seen him some ten blows, it's imposible for me not fall any tear when I see. But one of the best films for me in the world are the film of: "un paseo para recordar", is very beautiful and it's impossible not cry: It is the history of two teenagers of different worlds. She (Jimmy) is a religious and very good girl and he (Landon) is a bad-boy of the street and is in the habit of putting in many problems. They start having contact because she helps him with the classes and though initially she did not want, fall in love. The end is tragic because she has ill of cancer, and when they are in the relation she explains it to him, he continues with her and decides to make sure all her desires, until they marry and she dies.
ReplyDeleteWell as you know teacher, I like very much music in general. I have lots of songs that remind me the concept of love, but inside these, my favourites songs are related with bachata. Nowadays, Prince Royce is my favourite artist, whose most popular songs are “Incondicional”, “Stand by me”, and others as “El amor que perdimos” or “Mi última carta”. On the other hand, I don’t like watching romantic films; I prefer it adventurous or comical. My dearest romantic films are “3MSC” and “Memorias de África”. That’s all!
ReplyDeleteI consider myself to be a romantic girl, listen to songs and see many movies of love. For me the best movies of love that I have seen have been “posdata te quiero" and "3MSC". As song “como tú no hay dos”, because it expresses feelings in which I meet reflected and they make me think in the person that I love.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite romantic song is a classic of the catalan rock: "Boig per tu". I love this song because when I was young i listen a lot and when I've grown old any time I love more this lyric song. Others romantic songs that i like it is: "El far del sud" (Sopa de Cabra), "Ceràmiques Guzman" (Manel) and "Mourir Demain" (Pascal Obispo).
ReplyDeleteIt’s so difficult for me to choose an especific romantic song.. Literally, music is my life. I mean, I listen to different styles of music but if somebody asks me for one, I’ll say hip hop. I’ll probably choose an especific singer whose name is Jason Derulo or maybe I’ll choose Usher. There are so many great singers, this is why it's so difficult. From Jason Derulo I like 'It Girl'. He’s very professional and elegant with his own style.

There are a lot romantics films very precious. Personally, I like this films so much but to choose my favourite films is very difficult.
ReplyDeleteFor example, "The notebook" is very beautiful however it is sad. The main actor loves two boys: Noah, who was her boyfriend when they were young, and the other boy, he will be her husband.
During the film, you want that the girl chooses Noah, because he is very simple and romantic.
Another film is "A walk to remember". This film is very sad but it is very beautiful. I advise this two films.
About songs, my favourite romantic song is "Amb tu" by Lax'n Busto and this song won a prize for romantic songs.
Finally, about books I like "Tres metros sobre el cielo". I think that the book is better than the film.
Is clear that Valentine's Day is another invention of capitalism and U.S. imperialism, to keep people thinking about valentines day and not the real problems. The valentines day also serves to enhance the consumer society and to make the rich more richer.
